Web browser race – Java scripting engine
WebKit just announced about their next-generation Java Scripting engine: SquirrelFish Extreme, with more advance techniques, more than its earlier version.
And now the browser war started, Google just released Chrome with a new JS Engine: V8 Engine with highest performance. After that, Mozzila announced TraceMoney, with more technology, more speed, along with Mozzila Firefox 3.1.
And now, it's Webkit turn, a next-generation Js Engine, with two-times faster than old SquirrelFish, and over 10-times faster than Webkit3.0.
Every JS Engine faster than themself, and even faster than other ones with each release. Webkit seems to beat V8 and TraceMonkey in SunSpider test.

TraceMonkey and Webkit seem beating Google's Chrome now, but all of them is just a nightly build, so we may need a more stable version, and another benchmark.
SFX are the best now, but we should wait for Google and Mozzila move now. And at last, I wonder if Microsoft can release a better JS-ing engine, better than thier out-dated MSXML ?
